| COPPER CAP FORMING DIES |
| For those folks who insist on using the copper cap type lead filled boppers, I now offer a quality set of dies for forming the caps to a nice radius that is required for flintknapping. While I recommend my solid copper headed, lifetime guaranteed bonkers, I have had requests for these dies. In an effort to be responsive to my customers, I ordered tooling and made up a few sets. They are extremely easy to use. You simply set a common pipe cap in the base, insert the forming rod into the cap and a couple medium raps with a hammer and presto a perfectly formed cap. I offer 3/4" and 1" dies at this time. Of course this is the pipe size the finished caps are in fact 1" or 1 1/4" respectively. |
